Owner and Founder

Norma D. Rodriguez is the Owner and Founder of LaborSource Group, LLC., a woman and minority-owned company specializing in master carpentry, skilled quality labor and exceptional project management services. She has worked tirelessly positioning LaborSource Group to exceed its clients’ needs by managing projects from an owner’s perspective. Always thinking one step ahead to improve successes, outcomes, and timelines, while continuously reducing potential risk factors for clients.

Our success is always a result of our leadership’s focus on providing our clientele results that exceed their expectations and operating under the same values and philosophy that has been in place since we opened our doors. Our skilled team of professionals are all focused on doing what is right for our clients.

Norma believes change in the world only comes from giving back, with charitable groups benefiting women and children being the closest to her heart. She has served as a volunteer for Bo Jackson’s Give Me A Chance Foundation since 2006
